It's been quite a while since my last update. The semester ended and I am on vacation. I am eager to begin my car-free days, but must delay the start by a day or two. I am heading to Austin to spend NYE with my good friend Jessica and I will be driving there, so I'll need to drive back. I'll begin the car-free experiment when I return.
In other news:
I committed to stop taking plastic bags when out shopping and I'm doing a pretty good job. I accidently took one the other day, but for the most part, I am remembering the nice little bags I am keeping in my purse. Check out reusable bags to see the bags I am using. I also got some produce bags, which get some stares at the grocery store.
